Atlanta Lifestyle Maternity Session // Zunera & Isaac
Zunera & Isaac were such a blast to work with for their Atlanta lifestyle maternity session. Z reached out initially and within just a few words summed up exactly why I was excited to photograph them. She shared their thoughts and their experience with me so beautifully, I couldn’t wait to help document their pregnancy story. Z mentioned that she & Isaac have 8 cats and that they wanted to represent their IVF journey with a spilling out of all the sharps they’ve had to inject through this pregnancy! I was like yes please, let’s tell this story.
The colors and textures and patterns in their house are so dreamy; it was so fun finding the next room full of personality to work in. We started out on the back porch with some of the cats and their swing, then moved to the front room with the huge sofa Isaac built for them and the front room pile of cats. It was perfect and SO them.
Next up came the gorgeous nursery and laying out the sharps from their IVF journey. We also added in the onesie that sums up their journey, and captured Z and Isaac in front of their amazing gallery walls. {If you’re looking for inspiration on how to decorate with your images from our session, look no further!}
Finally, we hit up their bedroom before heading out to the porch and onto the next location. We traveled the neighborhood, finding art and nature, chasing color and sunshine. I wanted this session to represent them, as always, but to also be bursting with color and light and happiness!
