Cozy Lifestyle Engagement Session in Atlanta // Geena & Anthony
Geena & Anthony’s engagement session was so much fun and they are SO sweet. We started off their in-home lifestyle engagement session in their home. It was important for us to include some things that felt authentic to them. When I arrived, Geena & Anthony were preparing a new cookie recipe. While the cookies baked, we headed into their living room where I got to meet their one-eye cat, Jack. When we began to plan their session, we discussed things they like to do. One thing that Geena & Anthony love is dancing in their living room together, so we made sure to capture pictures of that special ritual. After the cookies were ready, we all made sure to try some. {They were delicious, for the record!}
Geena & Anthony then changed into their second outfits and we headed out to Henderson Park. This is actually my third time at this park and it shows me new things every time! It’s also completely different every time I go, just because of Mother Nature dressing differently for her seasons, so there’s always something new. Since Geena & Anthony’s wedding is in the spring, they’ll have a very different look for those photos than these, which is always a nice bonus. We lucked out with a gorgeous day – no jackets needed – and reveled in it for a bit together. I loved exploring the different fall colors with these two and can’t wait to shoot together for their wedding this coming weekend!
