I freaking loved Karen & Jeremy’s lifestyle engagement session! With a trip to the farmer’s market and baking together, it was relaxed and casual. Karen & Jeremy are such laidback, sweet people and I think their photos really reflect who they are when I’m not around {always the goal}. Karen & Jeremy are actually from Jacksonville FL, which is where I’ll be traveling for their wedding in February – but I’m so happy we were able to plan this Atlanta engagement session while they visited the city for a concert!
Atlanta Engagement Session at the Farmer’s Market
When we began to plan Karen & Jeremy’s engagement photos, it was important to discuss what they love to do together as a couple. Your engagement session can absolutely reflect who you are in a real and slice-of-life way! In a way that has you feeling the moments, not the poses, over and over for years to come. So, when Karen & Jeremy told me they love to visit farmer’s markets and make cookies together, I knew that’s what we’d be doing for their photos. And honestly, it was such a freaking great time.
They picked up some produce, flowers, and a few other items that were local to Atlanta. Then we headed back to where they were staying for their trip and they baked. It was really really fun. I love seeing their dynamic together, how much they make each other laugh, how much they joke together. While we were waiting for the cookies to bake, Karen & Jeremy wandered around, danced, and got silly together. It was amazing. I can’t wait for their wedding day in February!! I know it’s going to be amazing.
