Adrienn & Juniper are such a blend of honest affection and complete goofiness, they’re so much fun. Capturing their spring wedding celebration at RLM Affairs truly felt like I was among friends all day {and there’s nothing more special than that}. I just have to say, before we get too far, that I was SO thrilled to drive at RLM Affairs and find the wisteria in full bloom for us. As someone who’s obsessed with Bridgerton, I was absolutely stoked to see the spring vibes coming to life before our eyes!
Adrienn & Juniper are actually already married, so this was part two of their wedding celebrations. This is becoming a really popular trend, and I can’t say that I’m mad about it! Adrienn & Juniper chose to have their reception celebration at RLM Affairs, in Gainesville GA. It’s this cute and unassuming forest-y venue and it turned out to be a blast.
Wedding Portraits at a Mini Golf Course
RLM Affairs is located right next to a mini golf course, where we – of course – did their first look/private couple time. Despite it being a busy Saturday at the golf course, Adrienn & Juniper were willing to traipse through it all for the cutest spots. I don’t think we stopped laughing or smiling the whole time. Despite the fact that we are right next to the highway, RLM Affairs has some beautifully tucked away spots that allowed us to have some private and quiet moments while we captured Adrienn & Juniper’s portraits.
What did you love about your venue/wedding location?
I cannot believe that we lucked out and the wisteria was in full bloom. It was magical and certainly not something I was holding my breath for.
What advice would you give to other couples planning their wedding?
The day is for the two of you. Don’t let others and the stress get in the way of you enjoying your moment together. And if something goes wrong during the big event, breathe and let it go. The last thing you want is to remember your wedding day and only think about what was going wrong instead of what went right.
Celebration at RLM Affairs
Adrienn & Juniper have the best family and friends. Everyone pitched in to bring their celebration to life, which is always really lovely to see. On top of the help of their friends and family, Adrienn & Juniper worked with one of my favorite companies, Atlanta Flower Company. They had the most beautiful arrangements everywhere you looked! Since we didn’t have a ceremony, after their fun portraits, Adrienn & Juniper jumped right into celebrating with their guests. Everyone danced, and some of their guests shared the most heartfelt and beautiful speeches I think I’ve ever heard on a wedding day. You could just feel the love and support that Adrienn & Juniper have from their loved ones.
What were you most anxious or nervous about regarding your wedding day and how did it turn out?
My friends were all very anxious about doing everything I needed them to do right and not mess it up. But there was no way they could have done that even if they had tried. They did an incredible job and we had so much fun together once the set up was done.
Adrienn & Juniper chose to have their dinner in a family style setup. I personally love this but hardly see it on a wedding day, so it made me smile! Adrienn & Juniper enjoyed spending time with everyone there. I loved seeing all of their personalities come to life. They’re goofy and love to have a great time but also so sweet, genuine, and warm. It’s an honor to watch my couples show off everything that makes them who they are on their biggest days.
Most memorable moment from your wedding day?
Seeing my elementary school best friend Jordan (who I only get to see every couple of years or so) finally meeting my wife…And then immediately cutting up the dance floor together like they have known each other their entire lives.
If you could do it all over, would you change anything?
The only thing I can recommend is to HYDRATE!!!
Any tips for future couples on how to prepare for their wedding photos?
Hire Raven so you don’t even have to think about it! She knows what she’s doing and takes charge. She’ll listen to you and take your concerns to heart to be sure everything is fantastic!
