Cameron and Monica have a home that’s full of their story, so we based their engagement session there.
We started on the back porch with coffee, where they sat together and talked to me about their first date, how they met.

After the porch we moved inside and the day found its rhythm. Monica sat down at the piano and Cameron picked up a book across the room, then cuddled on the couch with the dog and cat: a typical slow morning for the two of them. They showed me the photos they’ve been collecting for a scrapbook they’re building together, walked me through their fish tanks, and we ended with walking the dog around the neighborhood they love.

And this is the version of a session I’m always hoping for: real, honest, easy.

If you’re a couple in Atlanta, Decatur, or anywhere in Georgia thinking about a session that looks like your actual life, get in touch and tell me what a day at home looks like for you.
